You will Need: |

1x200g Tub Greek Yogurt (if not available strain
a normal Yogurt for 2 hours)

50g(2oz) Feta Cheese, very finely diced

25g(1oz) Black Olives
very Finely diced

Cucumber very Finely diced

Tomato, Deseeded & very finely chopped
-
Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper to Taste

Method: |
Place all the ingredients in a bowl
and mix well. Transfer into a serving dish, cover
and refrigerate until needed.
Serve
with FERRO Breadsticks grab a glass of white dry
Greek wine and enjoy. |

Greek Salad Dip |

You will Need: |

1 (2.25 ounce) can chopped Kalamata Olives
-
1 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
-
3 green onions, finely chopped
-
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-
1/2 spoon Balsamon (Kalamata Balsamic Vinegar)

Method: |
Mix the feta cheese, olives,
tomatoes, green onions, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and
Kalamata Balsamic in a bowl. Chill 25 minutes in the
refrigerator.
Serve

-
115g(4oz) Blu Cheese, Crumbled or very Finely
diced
-
15-30ml(1-2 table spoons)
Fresh Chives Chopped

Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper to Taste
