Assorted Dips

Greek Dip

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
You will Need:
  • 1x200g Tub Greek Yogurt (if not available strain a normal Yogurt for 2 hours)

  • 50g(2oz) Feta Cheese, very finely diced

  • 25g(1oz) Black Olives very Finely diced

  • 1/6 Cucumber very Finely diced

  • 1 Tomato, Deseeded & very finely chopped

  • Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper to Taste

Method: Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Transfer into a serving dish, cover and refrigerate until needed.
Serve with FERRO Breadsticks grab a glass of white dry Greek wine and enjoy.

Greek Salad Dip

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
You will Need:
  • 1 (2.25 ounce) can chopped Kalamata Olives

  • 1 tomatoes, seeded and chopped

  • 3 green onions, finely chopped

  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1/2 spoon Balsamon (Kalamata Balsamic Vinegar)

Method: Mix the feta cheese, olives, tomatoes, green onions, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Kalamata Balsamic in a bowl. Chill 25 minutes in the refrigerator.
Serve with FERRO Breadsticks grab a glass of white dry Greek wine and enjoy.

Blue Cheese & Chive Dip

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
You will Need:
  • 1x200g Tub Fromage Frais

  • 115g(4oz) Blu Cheese, Crumbled or very Finely diced

  • 15-30ml(1-2 table spoons) Fresh Chives Chopped

  • Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper to Taste

Method: Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Transfer into a serving dish, cover and refrigerate until needed.
Serve with FERRO Breadsticks grab a glass of white dry Greek wine and enjoy.
