Tasting Notes:  A unique white with controlled zymolysis aged in allier french oak barrels. Light gold color, complex aromas of vanilla, butterscotch and lemon drop. Soft, round fruit is framed in spice, its finish long with a sweet oak taste.
Keep :   it can keep up for 5-7 years, consumed it while young

Tasting Notes: The different red, aged in allier/vosque french oak barrels. Solid concentration of berry and dried fruit flavours balanced by nice tannin, a lot of texture and style and an excellent, long, fruity finish.

Tasting Notes: Classic red, aged in allier/vosque french oak barrels. Light red/purple color, cedar and smoke on the nose and a dried cherry and fresh strawberry on the palate. A wine of solid structure with a long, tart finish. 12 months in barrels
Serve this in a wine jug at  18-20°C
Keep :  you can keep up to 10-12 years in storage

Tasting Notes: Light copper hue and a complex nose of melon, honey and orange peel. It has an incredibly clean palate of apple, pear and melon accompanied by even acidity from start to long finish.It is well-balanced, refreshing and elegantly fruity. 6 months in barrels
Keep:  a wine to enjoy fresh as well as while it ripens
Packaging:  6x750ml, 100cases/pallet.
