Produced:   Rapsani vineyards, highlands of Olympus mountain, Thessaly

Alcohol:

 12%
Tasting Notes: A unique white with controlled zymolysis aged in allier french oak barrels. Light gold color, complex aromas of vanilla, butterscotch and lemon drop. Soft, round fruit is framed in spice, its finish long with a sweet oak taste.
Keep :  it can keep up for 5-7 years, consumed it while young
Packaging:  6x750ml / cs, 120cs / palette

Tasting Notes: Classic red, aged in allier/vosque french oak barrels. Light red/purple color, cedar and smoke on the nose and a dried cherry and fresh strawberry on the palate. A wine of solid structure with a long, tart finish.
Serve this in a wine jug at  18-20°C
Keep :  a Xinomavro wine, you can keep up to 10-12 years in storage
